4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cubed
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
2 cups milk
3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA LIGHT Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing

MIX all ingredients in 12x8-inch baking dish.

BAKE at 375°F for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

TIPS: Great Substitute: Try substituting 2 cups leftover turkey for chicken.
